The Management of the affairs of the organization is based on a sound foundation of participation and decisions are jointly taken after considering the views of every stakeholder including the grass root staff. The General Body is the apex of BBKGSS. The Executive Body of BBKGSS consists of 10 members. The meetings are held 2 times a year. All members participate in the organization’s activities. However, no trustee receives any financial or other benefit directly or indirectly as their services are totally voluntary. The President/Director takes all operational decisions pertaining to the day-to-day affairs of the organization.

The President is responsible for all the activities of BBKGSS including its administration. He provides leadership within the local community and identifies emerging issues of district and regional level significance for the attention of state, non-state actors and other partner organizations. The office of the President coordinates an extensive schedule of appointments and visits with purpose of raising awareness about the importance of livelihoods for the development and empowerment of the rural masses. The President is assisted in the performance of his functions by the Secretary and Treasurer who advise and coordinate on substantive matters and assists in strategic planning and development of management tools and instruments to enhance the organization’s performance in its overall mission.
